Medical students from the University of Limerick Graduate Medical School are placed with us for training on an ongoing basis.
We are also a designated training practice for G.P. Registrars on the South East General Practice Training Scheme.
Nursing students from Waterford Institute of Technology carry out training placements at the practice on an ongoing basis.
Also FAS National Training Agency send student administrators and secretaries to WHP for training placements.

MEN'S ART/CREATIVE THERAPY GROUP.
Places are available for a limited number of men at an Art/Creative
Therapy Group, meeting each Wednesday Morning from 10.45 to 12.15,
here at Waterford Health Park. The group is facilitated by Art
Therapist Patrick Carri working with small groups of up to 6 men, and
is free. Please ask for details from the Health Park, or phone Pat on
